Many other economic activities depend on agriculture, including marketing, processing, and export of agricultural. It Rains Food Bank of Ethiopia seeks to dive into agricultural rescue to help fight hunger in Addis Ababa as a pilot project and expand to other locations . On Its first endeavor, It has able to collect 2.5 tons of surplus Onions from small scale farmers in from commerical and private farm lands located at Meki-Batu, 137 km away from Addis Ababa.
